A Marathi-first production, payroll and loom-health system that replaces the shift register with a ten-second phone entry.
(02)The challenge
A typical powerloom unit tracks looms, shifts, meters woven and piece-rate wages in handwritten registers. Weekly payroll takes a full day of reconciliation, idle looms go unnoticed, and the owner only sees the real picture at month-end.
(03)Our approach
We designed around how the jobber, the loom master and the accountant actually work across both shifts — and around a single rule: record once, at the loom, in under ten seconds.

What we designed.
Ten-second shift entry
Loom masters log meters per loom from a phone in Marathi — big buttons, works offline, syncs when the network returns.
Automatic weekly payroll
Piece-rate wages per worker per shift, with advances and deductions — printed or shared on WhatsApp.
Downtime radar
Idle looms are flagged in real time with reasons, so maintenance happens in hours, not days.
Beam-to-roll traceability
Track beams, yarn lots and fabric rolls from warp to dispatch.
